Finishing my creative project has never felt better! Overall, the creative project was a very big task, but also fun at the same time. I did my creative project on the story “A Good Man is Hard to Find.” The task of completing the whole project was what made me work so hard at it. I was very worried at the beginning when I had first started the project that I was not going to be able to get it done on time, but I worked really hard and was surprised that I didn’t only get it done on time, but I also got it done early! The hardest part of the project was coming up with the right amount of scenes to tell the story sufficiently, but not add more scenes than needed to make the story even more confusing.
The best part for me was not having to study for anything and just being able to by myself and be creative. Once I had the scenes picked out, I was able to focus on how I was going to portray each scene in my “comic book”. In order to get the overall idea oh how I wanted to lay out my comic book to begin with, I went to Barnes & Noble to buy a few little comic books and looked through them for a layout idea.
All-in-all, I really enjoyed this project better than the first one, just because it was more like an actual project and not a paper. The paper went well, but the project went even better. It just depends whether you prefer tests and papers to projects, it varies greatly on if you are the creative type or not.

Jessica,
I am very glad to hear that this project went so well for you. I thought that it was a great idea that you went to Barnes & Noble to get ideas from comic books on your layout. I am sure that your project is great and it would be interesting to see "A Hard Man is Hard to Find" as a graphic portrayal.
Jessica,
Thank you for the positive comments you left on my blog, it's helped to keep me motivated.
I'm glad to hear you enjoyed this project and you were able to complete it early. That's terrific! If you give permission to have it posted on WebCt, I can't wait to see it. It should be great!
Hi Jessica, I’m glad to hear that your project went well. I will agree with you that it is a great feeling to be done with it, but doesn’t it feel good to know that you accomplished something so difficult. I think that using the story “A Good Man is Hard to Find” would be difficult because it had a lot of important details and concepts to cover. It would be interesting to see what your characters look like since they were some strong characters. That was one part of my project I found difficult, and I am sure you can probably relate. I did mine on “The Use of Force” and I thought that there were a great amount of details too and that was a hard part to remember to include. I will also agree with you and say that it was nice to do the project instead of writing a paper. Although writing is necessary for an English class, I think that doing projects and expressing other areas of creativity is just as important. Hopefully this next one is just as fun to do as the last!
Jessica,
I'm sure your project turned out beautifully!! You are a very creative person, and going to Barnes & Nobles was a very good idea.. I wish that I would have thought of it! I would really like to see your finished product, I am sure that it is beautiful! I hope you have a great easter!!
